But there&amp;#8217;s a growing awareness of the chasm between what we should eat what&amp;#8217;s available to eat. At the risk of preaching to the choir, it&amp;#8217;s time to think about what we&amp;#8217;re doing about one of life&amp;#8217;s necessities. We&amp;#8217;ve gone too long letting people with vested interests contrary to ours control the system.
